За последние несколько дней столько разговоров в России о предстоящей изоляции...кто-то все еще отрицает и не хочет верить, кто-то паникует, кто-то ищет пути как к этому всему приспособиться 😊 Решила вас поддержать друзья так как мы уже на карантине больше 2-х недель и жизнь продолжается. В Голландии все это началось месяц назад и за последние 2 недели около 12 000 заболевших. Много всего публикуют, сравнивая годовую статистику корона вируса с онкологией и спидом, но это несравнимые вещи. Разве онкологией заболевает 12000 человек за 2 недели в одной стране. Опасность этого вируса, что он серьезнее, чем простой грипп и то, что все происходит в короткий период времени в таком масштабе. Бояться и паниковать точно не стоит, но и на шашлыки ходить точно не надо. Посидите дома! На авось может и не пронести, а в больнице сейчас оказаться не самая лучшая перспектива. Отнеситесть к этому серьезно, думая не только о себе, но и о других, и возможно, вам удастся избежать такого распространения вируса в России. Найдите что-то приятное для себя...фильмы, рисование по клеточкам, йога по zoom, кулинария, даже спектали можно смотреть онлайн. Все для вас 😊

Monday First Steps how to improve your hair! Today Beauty post 😊 A lot of girls have a question how to have beautiful hair, how to look after them. I have learned recently that the frequent washing could make your hair thinner and weaker. I was quite surprised and though maybe it would be also interesting for you to know.. How it happens? During the day, the scalp secretes the sebum, which protects the hair from drying out. So, washing your hair every day is not useful as we wash out this natural protection. The more often we wash our hair the more sebum is secreted by our scalp. Looks like endless circle 😊 And it makes sense for me as I started washing my hair every day when I had them short and cannot stop till now. And the quality of my hair is not so good as before. There are no certain rules how many times you need to wash your hair per week as it depends on your skin type. But it would be helpful if you increase the time between it. Maybe move to 3 times per week or even 2 if you have normal or dry skin. It is also recommended to use dry shampoo between washing up your hair in case you have more greasy skin. I am experimenting with it now as you cannot find better time for this while sitting at home 😊

During meditation today I had some insights about woman femininity. This special state of mind when we feel relaxed, fulfilled, enjoying the life. I also heard and noticed in my experience as well that the first sign of the connection to your feminine nature is creativity. For instance, I immediately have lots ideas to write about, I want to dance, look beautiful, I want to cook something more special…every woman has her own signs 😊 I am curious how you experience it? The great advantage of being connected to your femininity is that you become like “magnet” for people you also want to be around, events, opportunities...If you are looking for a partner… it also works 😉😉😉 Things come to your life more easily, with joy and pleasure. What I understood during this quarantine time that if you are always in the action/tasks mode there is no space for your femininity. My favorite massage woman, very good specialist, once told me that she did not take the 2nd client in the evening as there will not be joy for her anymore. And here is the secret 😊

What I miss so much ... coffee and a delicious carrot cake in a nice cafe ... LETS HELP EACH OTHER!❤️ Corona virus has an impact on our lives but we are responsible about how we feel about it. Don't understand me wrong. I don't devalue how difficult it could be for those who got sick, lost their loved ones or trying to help others working in the hospitals. I wish to all a speedy recovery and get well soon❤️🌺 But if to talk about us, how can we take the responsibility for what we feel and make this crisis working for us? I somehow naturally see a lot of positive things after 2 weeks working from home. 🌺 I have started noticing things which I did not notice having high speed of life. My attention automatically has focused on inner person ................ 🌺I have got some insights what become obsolete and should be changed in life 🌺 I started a new course face yoga 🌺 I got the answer how to keep enjoyment in life in doing mode. The answer is SLOW DOWN 😊 I can continue my list but I would like to ask you to share your experience. What is the positive for you? How are you making it effective for you? Today I have just noticed that it is light outside when we wake up. I was looking forward to it 😊 It gives so much more energy in the morning and positive feeling. Oh and if this sunrise to meet also at the sea side…mmm 😊 I had to have a flight tomorrow...It is always good to dream and visualize, and also a good tool to use - affirmations.
