So let’s be honest, this whole quarantine life has me 𝗪𝗔𝗬 out of wack!! While in the last few years I’ve been struggling to get back in full shape, I deff was on the right track in February. I meal prepped, went to the gym 4/5 times a week & just started feeling good again and then 🅆🄷🄰🄼... Corona. •
I fell off, hard. Got so much takeout, sat on the couch for no joke, days...& all the hard work I did was wayyy out the window. •
So this is what I did, & what you can do if you need to get back into the swing of things. •
✨ Download the Nike Run app & do the Comeback Run!! It’s a guided 15 min run that just boost your spirits & makes you feel like you can accomplish anything..even if it’s just a simple run. One great run down will sure lead to the next. 🏃🏼♀️👟
✨ Do either two 15 minute power blasts or if you can, one 30 minute HIIT workout. There are so many free ones on YouTube for inside the home, any one of them would be perfect!!
✨ Stop it with the junkie snacks!! The best thing you can do it hold off on those pesky little demons that you end up eating the whole pack of. Still eat as healthy as you can!! I like to do that by making my favorite snacks & foods with my 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 from @toneitup !! I made banana pancakes, shakes and so much more!!! 😍🙌🏼 •
Times are weird. Gyms are closed. Outside is practically closed too. Keep your head up friend & get back into to it. I’m here for ya! 💕✨
