Now more than ever I am feeling the need in my life for meditation, to connect within, find my centre and come from a place of calm, confidence and positivity.
In having two small children I have struggled to adapt my pre children mediation habits to my new situation.
It is now time for me to put more time and energy into refining and creating a new practice. One that can serve and support me in reaping the benefits of meditation.
